1 bag of chocolate chips (either milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
½ cup peanut butter
1 5-ounce can of chow mein noodles
Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwavable container. Microwave on high for one minute. Stir. If not fully melted, microwave for 30-second increments until melted. Stir in the can of chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto aluminum foil or waxed paper. Let cool. Store in a covered container.
Variations: Add nuts or marshmallows. Substitute butterscotch chips for chocolate chips.
