Cold taco salad

The heat is on and it’s time to bring on the salads! This recipe is sure to be a favorite among families living in the Southwest. It was our first-place winner in the Shamrock Farms Cinco de Mayo contest!

Sautee:
1 lb. ground beef (drain any excess grease)
1 chopped onion
1 package taco seasoning

Set aside to cool.

In bowl, mix:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
1 large chopped tomato
3/4 bottle 1000 Island dressing
1 bag Taco Dorito Chips
1 head of shredded lettuce

Add in ground beef mixture. Serve on plates or in bowls & ENJOY!
