Honey, I shrunk Wet ‘n’ Wild

The Typhoon slide at Wet 'n' Wild Jr. is well suited for young children. Photo by Daniel Friedman.

This summer, the littlest members of your family have their very own section of Wet ‘n’ Wild to call their own.

Wet ‘n’ Wild Jr., a brand new part of the larger North Phoenix waterpark, features three new kid-friendly slides as well as splash zones, water hoops and squirt guns.

Kids now have the option to flow through the mini funnel at the Tiny Typhoon (a smaller version of the Tornado ride), enjoy a floating river ride on the Screamin’ Streamers (which is actually quite gentle) or engage in some friendly competition at the Banzai Racers. Children must be 36-inches tall to go on the Wet ‘n’ Wild Jr. slides.

Wet n’ Wild is located in North Phoenix west of I-17 on Pinnacle Peak Road. To learn more, visit the website or call 623-201-2000.
