Pesto Broccoli Pasta

You have to love a recipe that has just four ingredients!

Once of my new favorite recipes that is healthy, quick and easy and everyone loves it!

1 container of pre-made pesto
1 package of frozen broccoli
1 package of pasta (I like Fusilli [spirals])
Parmesan cheese

Steam broccoli. Then combine the steamed broccoli and pesto in a food processor and puree. Salt and pepper to taste. I like mine a bit chunky. Then pour over your Fusilli pasta and toss. Shave Parmesan over top and eat warm or cold. Use as a side dish or a meal. I use about half of the sauce, but you can use as much as you want. I use the left over sauce for homemade pizza, Lavosh, sandwiches, etc.
