Our kids eagerly await St. Patrick’s Day, when they have their annual chance to catch a leprechaun. Free time throughout the month is spent drawing plans, brainstorming ideas for the perfect snare and dreaming about what to do if they actually catch one! On March 16 the traps are set.
Help your little ones get in on the fun using supplies found around the house, like this recycled cereal box. Encourage your children to let their imaginations run wild; you may be surprised at their ingenuity. Our kids have come up with some very clever ideas; yet somehow those darn leprechauns always manage to escape. They usually leave behind a note and small treat.
