Homemade strawberry milk

Strawberry-Milk-Arrow-StrawCelebrate Valentine’s Day with this special treat.

Healthy, homemade strawberry milk is easy to whip up in a blender with 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1½ cups milk, ½ cup vanilla yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey (optional).

Add a Cupid’s arrow straw to make it extra sweet.

Cut a one-inch-wide strip of white paper.
Fold in half lengthwise and create fringe by cutting angled slits about an eighth of an inch apart.

Snip the fringed paper into 2½-inch lengths, following the angle of the slits.

Unfold to reveal a mock arrow’s fletching that is pointed on the top and inverted at the back.

Place glue along the crease and attach to a straw, about 1½ inches from the top, pointed side down.
