    Arizona Renaissance Festival (Mar 1-27). Want to try something out of the box? Couples can have fun in a 30-acre circus, 13-stage theater or a medieval amusement park at the annual Renaissance Festival.     Ballet Arizona (Thurs-Sun Mar 24-27). Enjoy a performance of “Today’s Masters” at the beautiful Orpheum Theater. The ballet is a great way to cap off an evening of dinner and drinks downtown.     Out West Balloon Fest (Fri-Sun Mar 4-6). Take a stroll together as you admire the glow of hot-air balloons at night. Live music will highlight the spectacular illumination of the balloons.
