Children: William (5), Christopher (4) and Jack (1).
Pets: Just the three boys.
When I'm not at work:I am attempting to raise three children. I also direct my church choir and love
to read just about anything I can get my hands on.
Favorite food: Ooooh, that's a tough one. I'm going to go with hot chocolate pudding topped with
vanilla ice cream.
Favorite thing to do with my family: We love to play at the park or hang at grandma's house.
The kids' favorite place to be is the zoo.
Favorite things to do by myself: Read or surf the Internet. I love to learn.
Most people don't know this about me: I have a semi-serious Elvis fetish.
What I love most about Arizona: As the rest of the country is hammered by natural disasters, the only things I have to worry about are scorpions, centipedes, and rattlesnakes. Oh, and maybe the heat.
How I came to Raising Arizona Kids: I have so much respect for this magazine and have been reading it since I received my first copy at the OB's office during my first pregnancy. I started doing some freelance work for Raising Arizona Kids and found that they are equally as wonderful to work with as they are to read. So when the opportunity came up to join the ranks, I was thrilled.
What I love most about my job: I really enjoy getting to meet so many parents all over the Valley, learn their stories, and share them with others. I have met some amazing people and I learn new things daily through my work with Raising Arizona Kids.
