2 cups of sugar
¾ cups of vegetable oil
¾ cup Herhshey’s cocoa
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
½ tablespoon of salt
confectioner’s sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add cocoa and blend well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to the cocoa mixture while blending well. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in the confectioner’s sugar. Place them 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from the cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.
