Peppermint fudge

2 ½ cups sugar

½ cup butter
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
8 ounces vanilla chocolate discs (50 pieces)
½ cup crushed candy canes (green and red striped ones look best. Be sure they are peppermint!)

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and Marsmallow Fluff. Stir in candy canes. Pour into a foiled and buttered 9×13 inch pan. Cool and cut.
