Children’s Museum of Phoenix

Winter Break Camps. (Dec. 26-29 & Jan 2-5). When school is out, camp is in at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix! Featuring hands-on learning, games and activities designed to cultivate the minds and muscles of children ages 5-8. Each unique camp also includes plenty of free play on all three floors of the Museum’s imaginative exhibits.

Arizona Dynamics

Winter Camps (Dec. 27-29) are held at all three locations: Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tucson. A fun and safe environment for your athlete to participate in, leaving you worry free! Ages 2-12 (potty trained).

Arizona Humane Society

Winter Camps (Dates coming Dec 2023). Kids and teens ages 9-12 who are interested in learning more about animals and animal careers. Animal camps teach kids how to train and care for animals, be responsible pet guardians, align their choices with their values and make our community a safer and more compassionate place for all animals. Campers will have hands-on learning opportunities with a variety of animals.

Arizona Soccer Skills Academy

Winter Break Soccer Skills & Agility Camps (Dec. 4 – Jan. 27). Help your players stay active during the winter break and sharpen their skills! In our skills and agility camps, players get comprehensive technical skills, agility and fitness training. By focusing on the core skills of Ball Control, Dribbling, Receiving, Passing, and Juggling players will learn how to be more confident and successful on the ball and more effective in games. Holiday Soccer Special Skills Camp (Dec. 20-22 & Dec 27-29). B.E.S.T. (Beginners Edge Sports Training)

B.E.S.T. hosts Youth Sports Camps (Dec. 26-29, Jan 2-5, Jan 8-12). Accepts potty-trained children up through age 15. Kids learn sports skills including soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, football, volleyball, tennis, golf, track and more while enjoying a bounce house, obstacle courses and playground games. Camp Innovation

Arizona Science Center (Dec. 26-29). Explore all things icy at Arizona’s coolest camp! CAMP INNOVATION returns this Winter Break for a limited 4-day camp, Snowy Survival. Through engaging, hands-on activities, future scientists will learn how animals survive in cold environments, discover how ice can act as an insulator and conduct winter-themed experiments. Camp Taliesin West

Totally Cool Climates Winter Camp (Dec. 27-29). 9 a.m-3 p.m. Kids ages 8-10 learn how architects and animals build homes based on different conditions and climates. Kids will experiment with insulation, build an architectural model for a snowy environment, and even create a house using gingerbread. Registration includes a daily catered lunch. Winter Break Kidz Kamp (Dec. 20-22 & Dec 26-29). This kamp session will offer a variety of physical activities, games, crafts, music and science projects. Your child will have a BLAST! Please bring a water bottle with child’s name, (2) snacks and one lunch each day to kamp. Close-toed shoes with laces are required for physical activities and to climb the Rockwall. Ages 5-13. City of Goodyear

Winter Wonderland Break Camp (Dec 26- Jan 5). 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Ages 6-12. Daily cost is $20 for residents, $25 for non-residents. This eight-day winter wonderland break camp will introduce kids to all the GRC has to offer in a safe and supervised environment. The camp includes sports and gym time, arts and crafts, teen room time and more. Guests are welcome to sign up and enjoy the entire camp week or just join for their favorite day. Sack lunches are required.

City of Mesa

Winter Break Bonanza Camps. Four camps to choose from. Take and Make Bag: Designed for children 6-12 years of age. Participants will each receive a complete camp kit that will include 10 different activities for you to do at home for just $10. There will be crafts, experiments, and more! Day Camp in south Phoenix (Dec 26-29 & Jan 2-5). Campers ages 7-14 (children age 5-6 may attend with an older sibling) will enjoy hands-on growth, enrichment, and FUN with horses, farm animals, outdoor recreation, games, dance, gardening, arts and crafts, and safe, responsible outdoor skills and ethics. Winter Break Improv Camp (Dec. 27, 28, 29 from 9 am- 3 pm) Ages 7+ are welcome and tuition is $175. The ability to think on your feet is invaluable. Improvisation is a FUN way to develop important skills both on stage and beyond! Gain confidence and stage presence while you improve your acting skills through scenes & games. Madison Christian Children’s Center
The before and after school program is open for all day care during the winter break. Dec 22, Dec 26-29, and Jan 2-5. Paige Productions Youth Theater
Winter Break Camp Carnival & Show (Dec. 26-29). Perform in our annual holiday show! Performers work on singing, dancing, & acting, & put on a show on the final day. Rachel’s Young at Art
When school is out of session, send your child to Rachel’s Young at Art Studio for a morning (Dec 19-22, Dec 26-29, Jan 2-5) of art-filled fun! Camp includes arts and crafts, story time, dramatic play, sensory activities, and lots and lots of fun! Each child will come home with a bag full of art relating to the day’s theme. Pay $75-$95 for one of our single day camps (based upon pick up time) or $375-$475 for an entire week of fun. These prices do not include any sibling or early registration discounts, which are an additional 10% off! Children must be potty trained to attend camp. Campers are generally 3-8 years old.
