The Musical Instrument Museum’s exhibition, Congo Masks and Music: Masterpieces from Central Africa, has been extended until September 2021. It offers a glimpse into the dramatic and lively masquerade traditions of Central Africa with an exclusive collection of more than 150 stunning and rare masks, instruments, and costumes from the late 1800s to early 1900s. 9am-5pm. $10; $4 ages 4-19; free to children 3 and younger. Does not include Museum admission: $20; $15 ages 13-19, $10 ages 4-12.
Good to know: All MIM staff and guests ages 2 and up are required to wear face masks; complimentary masks are available at entry.
