For new fathers or grandfathers. Taught by a pediatrician who himself is an experienced father. Topics include how to be supportive through labor, creating a Dad’s tool box, what to do when the baby cries, what to expect postpartum, and balancing work and family. Boot Camp for New Dads
This course gives the opportunity for soon-to-be dads to learn about fatherhood from veteran dads. Topics discussed include: caring for the baby, how to help mom and the challenges of balancing family, work and finances. Boot Camp for New Dads
Designed for expectant fathers, this class will help men explore their unique roles as dads. Discussion includes such topics as the changing relationship between fathers and mothers, conflicting emotions, and how to support the mother through pregnancy, labor, post-partum and breastfeeding.
