The cities of Avondale and Goodyear host this pop-up street fest (formerly the Tale of Two Cities Festival) that’s a celebration of local arts and culture. Festivities include live entertainment, carnival rides, street performers, cultural demonstrations, kids activities and food, beer and wine from around the world.
