This festival celebrates its 11th anniversary along Historic Grand Avenue near downtown Phoenix. This family-friendly, art-centric, non-traditional walking festival highlights the arts, small businesses, adaptive re-use and recycling. The festival will continue its tradition of local music, art installations, vintage building tours, mural projects and pop-up galleries. 11 am. to 8 p.m. After hours party 8-10 p.m. Free.
