The Raising Special Kids Facebook discussion "Here for Families, Here with Families" is shared at 1pm each Friday. Parents and caregivers who have or work with children who have special needs will find ideas, tips and resources to keep families safe, access education and community resources, and stay connected. Raising Special Kids is a 40-year-old nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of children with a full range of disabilities, from birth to age 26, by providing support, training, information and individual assistance so families can become effective advocates for their children.
