Task Force Archangel will be hosting their annual Memorial Day Hike at Thunderbird Conservation Park on Monday, May 30th (Memorial Day). This hike will be in honor of those brave men and women who have paid the ultimate price and sacrificed everything for their love of this country. Hike the mountain, carrying the American Colors and the flags of each branch of service. There will be a pause for reflection and prayer at the pinnacle of the hike. FREE for all ages. Come represent the branch you served, admire or of a loved one you've lost. NO politics- just people who wish to honor our fallen comrades. The group will meet at 0700 (7am) at the base of the mountain at 55th Ave and Pinnacle Peak. This is family and pet friendly. BYOW (bring your own water) as it will be warm. No RSVP required. Donations will be accepted and all proceeds will be given to America's Gold Star Families.
