A free family-friendly celebration features free books for kids and characters from favorites like Alice in Wonderland (Sept. 14) and The Cat in the Hat (Sept. 21). The festival will also include book-making, storytelling, music, face painting, arts and crafts and more. 12-3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 and Saturday, Sept. 21.
