Description

An event that the entire family can enjoy for all things fun, fitness and health. This year’s superhero-themed event includes a Kids Fit Zone, free haircuts, a superhero academy training, the Superheroes Dance Parade, and an ice cream eating contest. Families are encouraged to move their bodies with music, family contests, games, giveaways and shopping. Costumes welcome. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free.
