Phoenix Film Festival, Arizona's largest film festival, hosts more than 220 independent films during 11 days at the Harkins Scottsdale 101. For its 20th anniversary event, the festival will offer fewer screenings, seating will socially distanced and Harkins employees will fully clean and disinfect theaters between films.
