A safe, supportive place where LGBT youth ages 14 to 22 can go to simply hang out and be themselves. The non-profit organization has been serving the LGBT youth community since 1993, with a goal of “fostering a positive self-image and striving to provide health, educational, social and cultural programming” through weekly drop-in activities.

PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) National
The nation’s largest family and ally organization for people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender, or parenting an LGBTQ child. Committed to advancing equality and full societal affirmation of LGBT people through support, education and advocacy. The local chapter is PFLAG Phoenix.

Trans* Spectrum of Arizona
A non-profit organization that provides support to transgender and gender non-conforming individuals and allies. offers a support group for parents of transgender and gender-variant youth.
