INGREDIENTS
1 large can of chicken, drained
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup dried cranberries, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
IMPLEMENTS
Can opener
Measuring cups and spoons
Grater
Serving plate
2 small bowls
Medium mixing bowl
Fork
YIELD
3 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain cranberries. Combine all prepared ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix it well with a fork. Let it sit a few minutes before serving to let all the flavors blend. Place into toasted corn cups and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
