1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
½ cup blueberries, washed
½ cup vanilla flavored coffee creamer
1¼ cups milk
Red & blue food coloring
Popsicle molds (available at most dollar stores)
Mix the strawberries, ¼ cup creamer, 2/3 cup milk and 3-4 drops of red food coloring in a blender until well blended. Pour this mixture into the popsicle molds, filling about halfway. Put into the freezer for about an hour until firm.
Mix the blueberries, the remaining creamer and milk and 3-4 drops of blue food coloring into the blender until well blended. Pour this mixture into the molds on top of the strawberry mixture. Insert sticks and freeze until firm (one to two hours depending on the size of the mold). To un-mold, dip the bottom of the mold into warm water.
