Trader Joe’s dark chocolate chips
Graham crackers
Marshmallow topping
Soy milk
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt in 20-second intervals so you don’t burn the chocolate. Check and stir every 20 seconds. Add a bit of soy milk to smooth the chocolate.
Crush graham crackers and lay them out on wax paper for rolling.
Dip ¾ of each pretzel rod in chocolate. Immediately roll them in crushed graham crackers. Set aside on wax paper to dry. Once you’ve dipped and rolled about 10 pretzels, drizzle marshmallow topping over them with a spoon. You may need to heat up marshmallow topping to make it easier to drizzle.
Let pretzels harden then put them in a tupperware container to stay fresh.
