Scottsdale, AZ – North Scottsdale United Methodist Church warmly invites the community to explore the true spirit of the season with its annual Advent Celebration, "Come Prepare", happening Sunday, December 1st from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM! This beloved event will unfold at NSUMC, located at 11735 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.

This isn’t just a holiday gathering – it’s an opportunity to set the stage for a season of joy, hope, and love as we anticipate the arrival of Christmas! Advent marks the journey toward Christmas, and we’re here to make it unforgettable. Together, we’ll embrace the four elements of Advent—peace, hope, love, and joy—with hands-on activities, reflection, and community spirit.

Get in on the creativity with our special make-and-take craft event! Attendees of all ages can create Advent wreaths and Nativity-inspired crafts that bring a personal, heartfelt touch to their holiday decor. Perfect for young families, friends, and neighbors—this is a gathering designed to fill hearts and homes with festive cheer.

Bonus! Warm Up at the Hot Cocoa Bar
Nothing says cozy like hot cocoa! Sip on a steaming mug of holiday cheer while you craft, with a bar full of marshmallows, peppermint, cinnamon, and all the toppings to make your cocoa just right. But the magic isn't complete without YOU!

North Scottsdale United Methodist Church celebrates the love of God through Christ by offering a 10AM online and in-person service on Sunday. Sunday school is available in-person and online @ www.nsumckids.info. They have children and youth activities including; children’s choir, volleyball, mission trips, small groups, festivals and youth groups. N.S.U.M.C. also offers online and in-person adult Bible studies, men and women’s groups
