Join us for Agua es Vida: Honoring Mothers and Water — a free, family-friendly celebration blending science, music, food, games and storytelling to explore our shared relationship with water. Open to the public and perfect for kids and students of all ages, this one-of-a-kind event features hands-on STEM activities, virtual reality adventures, art workshops, music performances, wellness sessions and interactive exhibits designed to get curiosity and community connection flowing.
Held during the weekend of Día de las Madres, the event celebrates the 75th anniversary of the National Science Foundation (NSF) while honoring motherhood across cultures with performances, reflections and activities that celebrate maternal strength and care for our natural world. Enjoy everything from puppet shows and poetry readings to mural painting, nature walks and tech-based games about Arizona’s water systems and challenges.
No registration required — just drop in and celebrate the power of water and the vital strength of mothers in a joyful, meaningful way.
