Description

For children with a family member living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Have fun! Make new friends and learn to connect the dots of dementia! This day of fun activities will help children explore what their family is experiencing at home, while connecting with other kids affected by dementia.

Who should attend?
Children ages 5–12 and teens ages 13–18 with family members living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia

When?
Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025
Children: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Teens: 10–11:30 a.m.

Join us for a dementia simulation and discussion to learn how to interact with family members with dementia.

Parents: 10–11:30 a.m.
Parents may attend an optional workshop to learn how to support their children.

Teens and parents are welcome to stay for lunch.
