Description

The 7th annual D-backs Race Against Cancer benefits Arizona nonprofits that provide screening, treatment and support for those dealing with all types of cancer. The 5K and a 1-mile Family Fun Walk wind through downtown Phoenix and end with a victory lap at Chase Field. 7:15 a.m. (5K), 8:30 a.m. (1-mile walk). $5-$50. Participants get a D-backs racing shirt, unique finisher medal, D-backs drawstring bag and a voucher for a ticket to a D-backs game.

A health and wellness expo following the race will offer information about cancer research, screening, treatment and support. The race starts and ends at Chase Field. For more information and to register, visit dbacks.com/race.
