Celebrate the New Year with Bubbles, Blessings, and Joy @ NSUMC!

North Scottsdale United Methodist Church invites the community to kick off 2025 with a unique and joyful celebration: the New Year’s Bubble Blessing! This one-of-a-kind event promises a magical day of bubbles, prayers, and fun for all ages.

The celebration begins with a special New Year’s prayer for children, calming “bubble breaths,” and quick movement activities to get everyone energized. Guests will then join in a joyful rendition of “This Little Light of Mine,” led by the church’s music teacher.

The excitement continues as the Bubble Maniacs team takes center stage, demonstrating how to create mesmerizing giant bubbles and helping kids craft their own bubble wands. Alongside this spectacular display, attendees can enjoy a variety of interactive stations, including:

• Bubble Wand Making Station: Design unique wands with pipe cleaners and beads.
• Bubble Sensory Table: Explore the fun of bubbles with cups, scoops, and wands.
• Straw Blowing Painting: Unleash creativity with paint, straws, and paper.

To keep the fun flowing, snacks inspired by Mini Compassion Camp favorites will be available to enjoy throughout the event.

Leah Bergstrom, Pastor of Congregational Care. “We’re excited to bring the community together to celebrate the New Year with fun, faith, and creativity. Let’s fill the sky with bubble blessings as we look forward to a bright 2025!”

This event is free and open to the public. Families, friends, and neighbors are all invited to join in this celebration of joy, grace, and new beginnings.

North Scottsdale United Methodist Church celebrates the love of God through Christ by offering a 10AM ONLINE and in-person service on Sunday. Sunday school is available in-person and online @ www.nsumckids.info. They have children and youth activities including; children’s choir, volleyball, mission trips, small groups, festivals and youth groups. N.S.U.M.C. also offers ONLINE and in-person adult Bible studies, men and women’s groups
