Description

Dear Edwina (April 3-19). The creators of Junie B. Jones The Musical have created a musical about thirteen year-old Edwina Spoonapple who would do just about anything to be a part of the Kalamazoo Advice-a-Palooza Festival, but has little in the form of talent. When a talent scout from the convention visits her hometown, she trots out her musical advice, giving shows live from the family garage in hopes of finding her place in the spotlight.  7 p.m. Friday, April 3rd; noon and 3:30 p.m. Saturdays; 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sundays. $20. Valley Youth Theatre, 525 N. 1st St., Phoenix. vyt.com
