Lights of the World (Nov. 22-Jan 12). This international festival combines the beauty of paper lanterns with modern technology and lights and celebrates cultures and civilizations around the globe with 75 displays and more than 10 million lights. There are also 30 carnival rides and games, daily performances showcasing puppets and sea lions, 3D light experience and more. $18; $15 ages 3-13; free for ages 2 and younger. Parking is $10.
