Trek to the Phoenix Zoo for a day of moving and grooving for the tigers! The Zoo Move & Groove 5K and Festival benefits the 3,000 animals who call the Phoenix Zoo home, including the Sumatran tigers. The 7:50 a.m. timed 5K run/walk will be followed by a one-mile leisure loop. Enjoy the Fun-Fit Festival, featuring zoo ninja warriors, animal discoveries, sports inflatables, fitness classes, dance and more until 1 p.m. $35 (through March 6), $45 (day of event). Can't do the run? Festival activities are included with regular zoo admission: $24.95 ($22.95 online); $16.95 for ages 3-13 ($14.95); free for members and children ages 2 and younger.
