Gateway Community College instructor T.A. Ahia will lead this parenting workshop to help you gain a deeper understanding of the impact guilt has on one's’ ability to love self, understand the difference between moral and social emotions and learn strategies to overcome guilty feelings and avoid the physical effects of guilt.
