Second Saturdays in Peoria (Oct. 9-May 14, 2022). The City of Peoria and Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE) will be holding their first of eight Second Saturdays. A free, family-friendly event that will feature a night market curated with a mix of special vendors, outdoor games, art installations as well as live music and a variety of performers. Second Saturdays will take place on the second Saturday of each month,  Second Saturday’s themes will differ each month beginning in October, The Great Pumpkin, which will kick off the series of events and the fall season. Live musical entertainment will include sounds by local Peoria artists, CeCe Oats, Jake Ryan Gillespie, and The Stone Grooves, from local non-profit, Preserving Hometown Experiences Music Fund. Activities include a Monster Pumpkin Patch where each family will be gifted one pumpkin to take home (while supplies last), a Harvest Hay Maze, a color wall art installation, Instagrammable moments throughout the event, along with a diverse collection of local Peoria vendors offering food and beverages, art, and other unique goods.
