Get ready for an incredible event designed specifically for moms and expecting moms in the West Valley and as of 2025, now the EAST VALLEY (November 14, 2026)!!

Offering a day filled with invaluable resources and support for parents and expecting parents.

The West Valley Birth Expo is a must-attend event put on by birthworkers of the community that expects to welcome hundreds of community members for connection. It's the perfect opportunity for mothers, soon-to-be mothers, and families to explore a wide range of resources focusing on all aspects of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. From information on hospitals, birth centers and home birth, doulas and photographers to prenatal & postpartum care, chiropractors, pelvic floor therapists, mental health therapists, child development, homeschooling, and so much more. You'll find everything you need to navigate the wonderful journey of parenthood while building a team who aligns with your views and supports you in making the best decisions for your family.

This is also an incredible event for networking for birth and postpartum and family health professionals!

The West Valley Birth Expo is not just about information and resources—it's an immersive experience that promises a day of excitement, learning, and play for your littles. With an impressive lineup of vendors from across the Valley, you'll have the opportunity to discover local businesses offering specialized services, the best food trucks in the Valley, have fun activities for kids, and so much more. While the Valley Birth Expos are focused on providing a fun-filled day, its purpose extends beyond that. We are passionate about connection and making resources more accessible.

By attending the expo, you can purchase more tickets towards raffles or simply make a donation via cash, PayPal or Stripe. Proceeds from the event will go towards providing financial support towards women and families gaining access to birth team support, therapies that are not covered by insurance, and self care opportunities offered by local small businesses. We believe your dream birth, doula support, bodywork and therapies are not luxuries and insurance should not have a say in what you need and can access. We are working to bridge the gap.
