
Here’s a super-simple Halloween activity that’s perfect for toddlers—and won’t cause cavities: a candy-corn craft made with construction paper. It’s also great practice for sorting, counting and working on fine motor skills.
What you’ll need
- black, white, orange and yellow construction paper
- white, orange and yellow crayons
- glue
- scissors
Instructions
- Draw the candy corn shape on the black piece of construction paper.
- Divide the corn into three sections for each individual color.
- Label each section by coloring a square or gluing a square in each section.
- Cut small squares of each candy-corn color (white, yellow, orange).
- Glue the squares in each section to fill in the candy shape.
