Cactus Day Camp

Ages 4-13. Activities include archery, swimming, gaga, gaming, team sports, tumbling, crafts, dance, model rocketry, mini golf, climbing, cooking, board games, water slide, foam pit and more. We take summer camp to a new level with daily pep rallies and camper’s choice activities and culminate each week with a special event. Optional extended care available. June 2-July 25. 2, 4, 6, or 8 week sessions. Sessions are approximately $700/wk with a 2 week minimum. Registration opens to new families on February 4. When school is out, camp is in at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix! Send your kids on an unforgettable adventure this Summer! Our Summer Camps begin on May 26th and run throughout June and July. Camps at CMoP are designed for children 5-8 years of age and feature hands-on learning, games, and activities that keep kids’ minds and muscles engaged during school break. All camps also include plenty of playtime in the Museum’s three floors of imaginative exhibits. Summer Camps at the Children’s Museum are $305 for Members and $345 for Non-Members.

These include educational and social enrichment camps, educational intervention programs, credit acceleration and recovery, and more! Ages 6-8 and 9-12. Join us for Desert Discovery Camps, where campers explore nature and learn about the beauty of the desert. This year’s camps feature outdoor skills, nature-inspired art, sustainability and science. All summer camps include hands-on activities, guest speakers and exploration of the Garden trails. Ages 3 (potty trained)-12. Kids Club Camp is an affordable program where children feel safe, nurtured and challenged. Kids Club provides a fun-filled summer camp with field trips, crafts, theme days, STEM learning stations, and much more! Ages 7-16. Campers can enroll in one or several of the four weekly sessions of Circus Day Camp. Campers learn stilt-walking, unicycling, rolling globe, rola-bola, juggling of many kinds, tumbling, mini-trampoline, partner acrobatics, human pyramids, aerial silks, trapeze, lyra, and clowning from experienced teaching artists in groups of eight or less! Campers get to try all the different skills and by the end of the week they have chosen specialties and prepared acts in various groups. Each week finishes with a show for family and friends!
