- Tree Fort Youth Transitions program: Our afterschool and break program for ESS students ages 14 & up who are still in school. The Tree Fort includes community integration opportunities, job/career exploration, Special Olympics sports, creative expression, science projects, and more. In addition to being a high octane, inclusive afterschool, school break and summer program, the Tree Fort serves as a transition service to introduce students to The Opportunity Tree’s Adult Services available to them after graduation.
- Employment Services: Formalized career development and exploration programs along with community based employment opportunities supported on the job by our Employment Services staff.
- LEAF Adult Day Programs: Inclusive adult programming including community integration opportunities, extensive Special Olympics sports, volunteerism opportunities, independent living skill development, employment skill development, healthy lifestyle practices, creative expression, and more.
- Community Living services: Twenty community integrated group homes in Phoenix and Casa Grande, and individualized in-home supports including respite, habilitation and attendant care services.
