Ingredients:
16 oz. Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
8 oz. can of jalapeno salsa
1 small can diced green chilies
2 to 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl and whisk until blended. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Tina Shepard, M.S., R.D. is director of the dietetic internship program for ASU’s Department of Nutrition. She teaches several nutrition classes each semester as a member of the ASU Nutrition faculty.
