We know, we know. According to Scary Mommy, trunk-or-treats are ruining Halloween. And maybe there’s an argument to be made that we’ve gone a little overboard with them.
But here’s the thing: Not everyone lives in a neighborhood where trick-or-treating is an option. Some families live in rural areas, some parents work on Halloween, and for some kids, especially those with sensory sensitivities or special needs, a trunk-or-treat can be a much better fit.
And sometimes, you just want another excuse to put those costumes to good use and collect some candy. No judgment here!
Whatever your reason, we’ve rounded up trunk-or-treat events happening across metro Phoenix and Tucson, organized by city to make finding one near you a little easier. Many are free, and all offer another way to enjoy a little Halloween magic.
Event dates, times and activities are subject to change. Please check event websites for the latest information.
