Graveyard Brownies

1 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat over to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13-inch pan. Melt the butter and mix all ingredients in the order given. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Frosting:
2-3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 sleeve of chocolate graham crackers (crushed)
1 cup of premium white chocolate chips
Wilton skeleton candy mold (available at craft stores)

In a medium bowl, sift together the confectioners’ sugar and cocoa, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with milk. Blend in vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.

After brownies are frosted, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the frosting (this will be the “dirt”). Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave per directions on the bag. Pour the melted choclate in the mold and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Unmold and decorate your brownies with the bones.
